Andrew Kelly is a Waynesboro native who is deeply committed to his community. As a sales consultant for C&B Linen, he covers Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama and Northern Mississippi, developing new customer opportunities and maintaining existing relationships. He started with the company in 2019 as a delivery driver, working his way up to his current position. He came to C&B after several years at ARTCo Barge & Stevedoring, where he worked on a line boat. Andrew lives with wife Kelli and their two children in Waynesboro. He appreciates the local focus, positive atmosphere and family-based culture at C&B, and enjoys engaging with business owners in his own community and learning more about new ones.

Brad Borneman

North West TN Sales Consultant

Brad joined the sales team in June 2023 as a West Tennessee sales consultant for both C&B Linen and RaeKar, focused on business development and regional relationships. He works with private and commercial customers for RaeKar’s dumpster rental and trash-hauling services, and with commercial clients for C&B’s commercial linen and cleaning supply services.
 
Borneman came to C&B and RaeKar from staffing and workforce management firm Hamilton-Ryker Group, where he was responsible for recruitment, hiring, retention and risk management, and administering sales and marketing programs. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as a recruiter in the undergraduate and Master of Education programs at Bethel University, helping prospective students with financial aid applications, course selection, and charting paths for educational success.
 
A former parks director for the City of Gleason who promoted youth baseball and softball and inaugurated football and soccer programs, Brad umpires baseball and softball games throughout West Tennessee in his free time.

Mike Wild

East TN Sales Consultant

Mike is a Hixson, Tennessee, native with a long history working in and around the restaurant business in Chattanooga. He comes to C&B from restaurant and bar supply company Kahlua Bay, where he was area sales supervisor for three years. Prior to that, he worked for 22 years as Chattanooga-area training manager with Cicis Pizza and acting general manager of the Cicis franchise in Hixson. As Southeast Sales Representative for C&B, Mike will use his deep knowledge of the restaurant supply industry and the community to develop business opportunities and expand regional relationships.

 

Mike is a committed citizen who makes a point of giving back to his community. After the death of his oldest son in 2015, Wild and his family started a charity golf tournament in his honor, in partnership with the Make A Wish Foundation of East Tennessee. In four years, the tournament raised nearly $50,000, helping buy new playground equipment for a local elementary school and construct batting cages for a local high school baseball team.

 

Mike holds an associate’s degree in broadcast communications from Chattanooga State Community College. He and wife Tiffiny live in Hixson with four dogs (a long-haired dachshund, a, boxer and two pittie mixes) and a black cat named Pepper who keeps everybody else in line. Their adult son and two daughters also live nearby. Mike’s father ran a construction business at which Mike worked as a young teen, and to this day he enjoys DIY home remodeling and building projects in his spare time.

Phil Wade

South West Sales Consultant

Phil Wade joins the C&B Linen team as a sales consultant serving Southwest Tennessee and the surrounding areas. Wade is a seasoned business professional with more than 40 years of experience in sales. He and his father jointly owned and operated Wade Builders, a building supply company. More recently, he has worked directly with architects and builders selling windows and doors.

Throughout his career, Wade has demonstrated a profound commitment to excellence, earning numerous professional accolades, both locally and nationally. His passion for providing exceptional service and high-quality products makes him a great fit at C&B Linen.

Wade says that the most important element of his success is the relationships he develops with his customers, who become friends. At C&B, Wade looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships, delivering personalized service that ensures satisfaction and fosters long-term loyalty among the many businesses he will serve in healthcare, hospitality and more.

Jonathan Washburn

C&B Linen sales manager Jonathan Washburn has a true passion for sales. After graduating from Union University with a finance degree, Jonathan immediately went into sales work, and he hasn’t looked back! After a decade as an insurance agent, he moved into district management and senior regional sales management, so he brings a wealth of practical experience to C&B. He balances managing and coaching the C&B sales team with business development, establishing client leads and helping navigate clients through the sales process. He’s a lover of sports, music and fine food, and in his free time, you can find him riding motorcycles, traveling, or behind the stove whipping up gourmet meals for his family.

 Julie Skelton

Assistant Manager

Julie Skelton is C&B’s assistant manager, and as a licensed practical nurse, she’s also handy in a crisis! Skelton came to C&B in 2022 from Wayne Medical Center, where she was registrar and worked in patient accounts. Before she moved into administration at Wayne Medical, she worked there as a nurse and a pharmacy technician, and as charge nurse at Hickman Community Nursing Home. Husband Travis is a counselor at the Turney Center correctional facility, helping inmates transition back into the community, and the couple have five children ages 4 to 13. When she’s not ferrying kids between sporting events, Skelton enjoys crafting, painting and scrapbooking.

Krista Carroll

Division Manager

Krista Carroll is C&B Linen’s division manager, and she really does it all! She oversees the entire operation, from production to inventory and recruiting staff. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, to a military family, Carroll has been based in Tennessee since 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Science in sociology from Tennessee Tech. She’s also a Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM). When she’s not at work, the mom of two loves to draw and go kayaking, and you can frequently find her at a concert or a football game.

Allen White

Marketing Director

Public relations and marketing director Allen White has been with C&B Linen since 2015, when he was hired as human resources director for C&B and Wayne Halfway House. He was promoted to PR and marketing director in 2023. 

 

Prior to joining C&B, White owned a carpet, flooring and furniture business for 21 years, after working 11 years as a furniture and appliances sales representative. He was a city commissioner in Waynesboro from 1990-98, and served a two-year term as city mayor from 1994-95.

 

A Nashville native with deep Wayne County roots, White graduated from Wayne County High School and attended Columbia State University. When he’s not at work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. He and his wife, a veteran elementary school teacher, live in Savannah and have two adult children.

Tommy Legins

Vice President of Operation

I am a native of Martin, Tennessee. I graduated from Westview High School in 1986. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1990 with my Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting. I graduated with my Masters in Business Administration from Bethel University in 2014. I attained my Certified Public Accountant certification in 2006 and my Chartered Global Management Accountant certification in 2015. I have also held licenses in insurance, securities and valuation.
 

I currently serve as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Wayne Halfway House, Inc. Previously I worked with Alexander Thompson Arnold CPAs for 9 years where I attained the level of Partner. At ATA I consulted with individuals, businesses and agriculture clients on preparation of income tax returns. I also consulted with agriculture and business clients on the many facets of management of their business. I worked 5 years as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Savant Learning Systems, Inc., a tech startup where we built learning management systems, college curriculum and law enforcement training. At Savant I managed all financial, tax, marketing, HR and properties. Prior to Savant I worked for 13 years to begin my accounting career with the Martin, TN firm John R Reese CPA. Prior to my accounting career I worked 9 years for Shoney’s restaurant culminating with 3 years as a manager.
 

I serve as a member of the University of Tennessee at Martin Chancellor’s Roundtable and am a past board chair. I currently serve as Treasurer of the Martin Public Library Foundation Board, Finance chair for the Martin First United Methodist Church, and Treasurer of the Housing Corporation Board for Tennessee Tau Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. I am a member of Martin Rotary Club (past president and treasurer) and a Paul Harris Fellow sustaining member and past President of the Martin Business Association. I am a Leadership Weakley County graduate and a WestStar leadership graduate.
